Tau Sar Pancake ( Red beans paste Pancake)


Ingredients A
200g Butter
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon custard powder
1  tablespoon  milk powder
400g  Tang ming fen  (wheat starch)
300g potatoes flour

Ingredients  B:
200g potatoes flour
400g tang ming fen ( wheat starch)
400g Cream/ butter or margerine
600ml water
400g Red bean paste.

1. Mix well ingredients A. Then mix well ingredients B

2. Combine ingredient A and B. Slowly stir in water to form a smooth dough

3. Flatten dough and cut sheet into half.

4. Spread red bean paste evenly onto one sheet and place the other on top.

5. Heat oil. Deep fry pancake until golden brown

6. Cut into pieces and serve.
