230g glutinous rice, soaked for 2-3 hours
½ tsp salt
250ml thin coconut milk (from ½ grated coconut)
Steam glutinous rice
for15 minutes. Sprinkle rice with the coconut milk every five
minutes, using a fork to mix it in properly.
Place a piece of banana leaf on a top of large sheet of aluminum
foil. Spoon rice on banana leaf and press rice tightly together
Roll up rice with the banana leaf and foil into a cylindrical roll.
Grill in oven for 10 minutes and serve with rending or serunding.
